Can I use the Adapter plates in both directions because of the 2 cuts? I want to use it on a UTG Mount but to use it in front of the Tower it's in the wrong direction. Is the cut over the screws the same distance from one end like the other cut from the other end?

Dear Sir!

The adapter plate can be mounted only in one direction. But at the same time it is made in a way that the red dot can be mounted on it in both directions. This actually means that you will be able to solve your mounting problem with this base.

Yes, the distance from both cuts to the opposite sides of the adapter plates is the same.

According to the manufacturer, The Spitfire™ HD Gen II 5x model comes equipped with an MRDS mounting platform for use with Vortex® Viper® or Venom® MRDS, both of which use docter/noblex mounting standard.
