The C-More RTS3 is a compact reflex sight with a streamlined design and a top battery compartment. Unlike the RTS2, it features a digital push-button controls made of high quality materials. The RTS3 is compatible with standard C-more RTS footprint mounting plates, making it easy to install on pistols and rifles. It is available with various dot sizes, making it suitable for everything from IPSC and USPSA pistol competitions to tactical carbine use.

Its metal body provides durability while keeping the weight low, and the large lens ensures a clear and undistorted image. The sight is powered by a CR2032 battery and offers multiple brightness levels for different lighting conditions. The battery tray is made from Aluminum.
